Description

The eastbound approach (west leg) of the 176th/Military Rd intersection has been having vehicle detection issues at random periods throughout the day. Issues range from:
1) Eastbound approach not being served for 3+ cycles (yes, there are vehicles on the detector loops).
2) Very short vehicle split times. There have been times when the indication would turn yellow after only allowing 1-3 vehicles through the intersection.
3) Eastbound left turn is being served when there are no vehicles in the turning lane. Typically in the past, if there are no EBLT vehicles, then all WB movements would have a green.
