Description
The house at 3003 Chelsea Lane is unlived in and has been condemned by the city. There are wood posts installed in the city right of way at this property and these posts are rotting and have chipping paint. Since the house is not lived in and is condemned could the city remove the wood posts that are in the right of way since they are in the right of way and since they are in poor condition?
