From 1610 Manton street to 1630 Manton the Alley way is not passable. This is the city's responsibility to clean up? From 1610 towards 16th street the alley is in perfect condition thanks to residents. The city needs to clear this area immediately as it is a fire hazard for residence. If it is the citizen's job tor clean the alley this would be a great project for a cleanup Saturday. Or perhaps the people that allow for the alley to become overgrown I and trash ridden should be cited.
