Deskripsyon

This light changes without the presence of traffic from either direction. It would make sense to have a pressure sensor that would trigger the light when traffic is stopped on washington. Everytime i drive down 86 into painesville, no matter if its 9am, noon, or midnight, i get stopped at this light, regardless of the presence of traffic.

I live near this light and it is just on a constant timer in both directions. It flashes green, yellow and red all night long, regardless of traffic.. You'd think that the main street (Rt 86) would take some priority over the side street (Washington).
