i have a direct line to city sanitation, as a resident I am a volunteer, go to district council persons office and request, or go to MSB building and report. I would open another issue after doing those things or let this site become a list of unresolved complants, i report, they put on list as they would others like this, the more contactys you make revolving this issue the better,

just letting it sit here open does no one any good, the more the issue is reported the better, open another issue, we are not city employees, we are volunteers, at least i am...the philly311 works for the city , but you know how that goes, its your choice my friend, keep reporting..i agree with what you want to do,

i could use some help with the other issues if you are up too it!

best wishes , btw let me know the results, as i have reported hundreds of issues, and they get resolved at some point and they never close, hate top see this site get clogged and useless, the owners of this site monitor from Ct. Mass. and far NE of the country and they are expanding nationally, so it is you and I , my friend
