Extremely loud building alarms have been running from 1am through 9am around 100 Exchange street this week. First occurrence was Monday and then again Today (Wednesday). The alarms are not pausing they just keep going. Sounds like it is coming from the National Grid building on Exchange Street or one of the parking garages.

The correct address is 76 Exchange ST.
This has been a recurring issue over the last 48-72 hours. The Fire Prevention office has been working diligently with the property owner, the alarm company, and the sprinkler company to identify and remedy the issue.
I understand the nuisance of this issue for the surrounding tenants, however, I can not order any part of the fire alarm system to be shut down.
In the future, if you notice a fire alarm going off, please contact the fire department directly either through Fire Alarm (781-397-7388) or 911.
