the cross walk at Pearl & Park needs the blinking lights. More than once cars have stopped in one lane to let someone cross and the other lane doesn't realize why they stopped/can't see because of larger vehicles blocking view. A pedestrian is going to get hurt...

I think this is for the crosswalk at Monroe and Park? RRFB's would be a good improvement.
However, this stretch really needs to be converted to one general purpose lane in each direction, with two way traffic restored to Park St and a road diet for Battery :-/ Flashing lights will only do so much to alleviate the dangerous passing behavior described in the post.
