Description
Highcrest Road is a heavily traveled as cars go from Spring Creek to Alpine. What many motorists forget is that this still a residential area and that they really need to slow down for their safety and the residents of the area. Many people walk along this road and should not have to worry that cars are moving faster than the posted speed limit. There are many times when traffic stops are happening on this road for traffic enforcement, but it is not enough. There needs to be either stop signs or speed bumps on this road to help control the flow of traffic.

No need to speed on Highcrest. Going 40 may save you what, 20 - 30 seconds. There's kids, older folks, dogs... I'd welcome a few lights to divert traffic back to Spring Creek.
People living in the area shouldn't have to avoid a residential street because it's a "cheat" that people want to speed on.
