The apartment complex across the street for Bethel Baptist Church plowed snow from their parking lot across Mitchell and directly on the sidewalk in front of the church. To my knowledge this is illegal.

You are correct Mr. Smith that this action is against Road Commission policy. I have forwarded this concern to our maintenance supervisor who handles Lansing Township. He is going to go speak to the management at the apartment complex and give them a copy of our policy on proper snow removal. Hopefully this will eliminate any future problems.
