The traffic light on Peck Ave does not turn green when a car is on the right lane of Peck Ave trying to make a right turn onto Boston Post RD. It turns green only if a car comes on the left lane of Peck Ave or if a car is making a left turn from Boston Post RD onto Peck Ave. Especially at night, when there is not too many cars on the roads, you need to wait for another car for the light to turn green, which can be 15 minutes if not more.
