Description

At approximately 8:45 AM this morning (11/4) as I was walking my dogs down the lane to the Flowing Wells Park, I heard a loud crash. I looked to see if it was an automobile accident where there might be injuries. However, the only car involved, a white nissan, backed up and came down the lane in our direction. The driver, a young hispanic male, did not appear to be injured and drove his car into the parking lot and sat there for a few minutes. By the time we finished our walk, he was gone. When we exited the lane from the park, I noticed that the stop sign where traffic exiting the park enters Curtis was lying on the ground. It is not in the roadway blocking traffic.
