It doesn't seem to matter the time of day. I'm through that intersection several times a week. If you're on Decker and get stopped at the light you're there at least 1 minute. At times there is no traffic at all on Maple. This past Sunday I was there at 830 am. I literally counted 3 cars on Maple that went through the light while I sat there for a good minute.
