Description

The turn signal from southbound Voyager to eastbound Eagle seems to activate every light cycle not just when a vehicle is in the turn lane and the signal stays green when there is no traffic present. I suspect the City is finding that the pole-mounted sensors are not providing the expected cost reduction over the in-pavement sensors due to the constant need to adjust them.
