The timing of the change of the traffic lights should be decreased for the east-west traffic on Harrison @ Mulford, specifically for the east-bound direction. If you are in the west-bound left turn lane, you have to wait for the east bound traffic to go first. It only takes 20 seconds or so for the east bound traffic to clear the intersection but the light won't change even though little to no traffic is coming that direction. What does it take to make this simple change? Overall this slows the entire flow of traffic through this corridor.
