Nothing will probably get done as Sarasota County Code Enforcement is afraid of him because he falsely accused Susan Stahley of stalking him. He knows how to get away with stuff.

Haha....I agree...I don't like the pizza at all! They are all pretty rude there even to order pizza! PIE is MUCH better! :)

This lawless behavior needs to stop. I follow the rules with my businesses and so should he, it’s bad enough that he’s trying to make that area look all ghetto. Also he keeps parking his fitted ad car there overnight, someone could trip over that too.

I have had to move the sign when people were trying to drive and they were deciding between hitting people, a car or the sign... to me it was obvious. I have asked them to move it because it blocks foot traffic and he just swears at me.

There’s always approaching the landlord. I believe Davidson’s own the strip. I can’t believe they want their good name and reputation associated with this behavior

I still can’t believe that anyone is afraid of him. I can’t understand anything his says whilst he talks to me because of his lisp and weird colorful outfits. It’s very distracting.

I just hope that the business people in our beautiful village take note of his shenanigans and promptly report him. Sarasota County has let him get away with way too much because they are afraid of him and I believe that has emboldened him to think he runs our village and the rules don’t apply to him. I think it’s time that we let him know that he doesn’t run Siesta Key and that he needs to follow the rules like the rest of us business owners. Even his house on Givens looks out of place for Siesta Key that I know.
