Operations department cleaned the lot.

They did a fairly superficial job and just picked up the cardboard. I went myself and cleaned the remaining excrement covered clothing beer can and bottles and placed the bags next to the can. I can understand why they left it there.

May I ask who is responsible for cleaning the gap between the fences as you can see from the photo?
