A couple years back now a city contract trimmer truck almost killed one of their employees and destroyed about 50 feet of our fence when they got their cherry picker stuck in our old Indian cypress parkway tree in front of our house. Needless to say the tree is gone now and the city has been good enough to put a new Ginko in its place! However the sidewalk is hopelessly patched together and broken, both as a result of natural root growth and as a result of a dumbass in a cherry picker.

Elderly people and several severely disabled children (seriously) in wheelchairs pass over the thing every day where it is definitely a hazard which the city might find itself liable for.

In short, replace the sidewalk in front of 978 phoenix ave.
