Description

The pavement around this manhole cover needs to be fixed. It looks like someone removed a square of the pavement around it but never filled it in. Its just enough for a tire to get into and be puncutred. I have had to cut that turn either very wide or short to go around it. I know of one person who has gotten a flat tire due to this.
