Description

The traffic lights on the overpass at Groesbeck and I-696 over pass are ill timed! The approach North/south lights turn green prior to the furthermost lights , resulting in traffic jamming up on the overpass. They also turn red last allowing the over pass to fill with vehicles going N./S. And also allow traffic turning N./S. to further jam the overpass slowing traffic even more.
These lights should do the opposite; this would allow traffic to clear the overpass and increase traffic flow.
