REALLY GOOD POINT ! ! While the rocket scientists behind this effort discern on that question, perhaps we can hire some 9th graders (with background in Algebra) to sequence traffic lights at 20 MPH on Washington Blvd.

Why have the bike lanes been removed please? this is very disappointing. Many cyclists frequently use Washington Blvd and now they are forced to be in dangerous traffic with cars without the bike lanes.

The bike lanes will return now that Washington has been repaved something it really, really needed. The point I made is that it should have been done before installing bike lanes.

Can we just remove all bike lanes and just share roads ? Ridiculous ideas this administration is coming up with

Bike lanes are for the safety of the riders. Riders can go straight without having to weave in and out of traffic. There's enough room for everyone. Also, with the bike lanes it means that pedestrians don't have to share the sidewalks.

The first round of striping was completed with temporary material and was done as a "test" to help inform the final design for permanent implementation prior to repaving the roadway.
