Description

The alley retains copious amounts of water during hard/prolonged rainfall. This alley has a significant low area in the middle of the block and the water that is trapped floods into the backyards, sometimes up to base of the the houses. It only affects a few houses right in the middle of the block. This standing water is definitely an issue for mosquitoes and possible disease. It also appears the alley ruts may be higher in elevation than the backyards of several houses. This is an ongoing problem, please fix the problem with the drainage of the water out of the alley.
