Description

Caller is reporting a pothole, that was recently fixed, has opened up again. The asphalt is torn up in the travel lane, causing a hazard, on Scofield Rd before Surrey Trail. He said it is by 5510 Scofield Rd or 5520 Scofield Rd. No dimensions provided, but he said it is wide and larger than a car tire. Caller did not want to leave his name or contact info. I let him know I will send this info to public works. I called field ops public works contact and notified Robert of the pothole.
