There are too many accidents or close calls in the corner of 77th and Garfield st, over the years. It's a 2 way stop sign for Garfield street, but people driving up and down 77th ave that have the right of way are driving in a very excessive speed. There needs to be a speed bump coming up and down the hill of 77th ave towards the Garfield street intersection, or at least add 2 new stop signs to make it a 4 way stop sign. Neighbors fences have been destroyed by car accidents and many multiple hit and runs on neighbors parked vehicles over the years. Accidents happen at least a few times a month, close calls and speeding almost everyday. Over three years of this request posted from another community user and still no new speed bump coming down the 2600 block of 77th ave hill or a 4 way stop sign.
