Thank you for bringing your concern with this tree to our attention. The description of the tree and its location have been provided to our arborist and the survey department to determine the state of the tree and the ownership of the tree. If the tree is in the County's right of way, we will take the appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
Once further details are provided by our staff, an update will be submitted onto this thread.

This tree has been inspected by the Maintenance Supervisor and it was assessed that this tree is not in the Alachua County owned right of way. Unfortunately, our staff is unable to respond to a tree that is on private property.
