This van has been parked and not moved for more than 2 weeks. It is on a very narrow street right off of park blvd so it makes it very difficult for cars to turn into and out of this street. Traffic will often back up onto Park causing more hazards. It is has not moved and appears to have been abandoned. Worst thing is that it is a public safety issue.
