Agreed. One item to add here - asphalt is not the right answer for a large at-grade crossing like this; there are prefab reinforced concrete panels that are made specifically for this application that are durable, resilient, and easily-installed.

Please have someone address this issue soon! It is dangerous and the quality of work at this crossing is absolutely unacceptable. There at least need to be signs put up until the work is done warning of a rough crossing.
