Description

This dumpster is at 933 Elm St. The house is a single family that was renovated, however the owner keeps this dumpster here and brings garbage from his other investment houses to this dumpster. The house has been vacant for 2 years and I've had to get an exterminator to my house at 929-931 Elm St. For the rodent infestation. This dumpster and the owner must stop this process, I've had to pay at least $1,000 for his negligence.
