You obviously never had to get onto 12 mile in this area or you would see the problem. Also, I have yet to see a traffic light hold up 99 cars. At the light on 12 and Ryan, 5 cars are lucky to get through, let alone 99 !That light you are talking about for 99 must be a doozy. Probably lasts 10 minutes each way. By the way, #1, my comment was for peak traffic times, not all day and night. And #2, it used to be a traditional traffic light. And #3, you expect me to go a mile out of my way when I leave CVS, to go towards mound. Sure, I'll try to get into the west bound left hand turn lane, so I can go 1/2 mile to Martin, then another mile to Mound. Good plan.
