Tonight 11.12 they came but only put out part of the trash and left 2 bags of trash inside the trash shed. The landlord seems like deliberately trying to draw bugs to the building. They tried to unlawfully evict two of us in October and the court denied it and they either dont come to take the trash or only put out part of it. I dont understand why they would only get a warning the last time, this issue is recurring many times since March. The landlord has a criminal harassment summons arraignment on the 19th relating to illegal eviction actions, and other forms of tenant harassment.

Thank you for coming by all the time. I thought they were going to start being fined $3000 per incident. They aren't going to do the trash removal unless someone gets consistent huge fines or is brought to court. Actually I brought up the trash issue in eviction court but that court doesnt handle that type of issue.
