Description

Capital Chevy continues to break it's agreement with the neighborhood of Shearon Farms by test driving through it. This truck came into the neighborhood from Burlington Mills rd without the dealer plate required by law to drive on public roads.

I have assigned this concern to the Police Department. Vehicles are allowed to be driven on public streets and we cannot enforce test driving. Police can look into vehicles without valid plates.

Clover Bank is a public street? Someone should alert Shearon Farms HOA of this since the neighborhood is under the impression that the streets within it are HOA property.

Clover Bank, Meadstone, Shearon Farms Ave, and Precious Stone are Public Streets. The HOA is already aware of this.

Officers will monitor this area as able. Test driving through the area is allowed on public streets.

It is quite possible that a tag was with the vehicle even though it may not have been properly displayed. We would stop the vehicle if the incident is witnessed by an officer.
