The un-neighborliness and tackiness continue. Thanks to the county, Pepper Viner's illegal signs have been removed three times, but each time they've been removed the company puts out new ones on public property. Once again, there is one at the SW corner of Kolb and Sunrise, one at the NE corner, one in front of Basha's shopping center, two in the southbound shoulder of Kolb at Snyder, two in the northbound shoulder of Kolb at Snyder, and one in the northbound shoulder of Kolb just north of Sabino Canyon. The signs begin more than a mile from where the company is building homes. Counting the recent signs, the company has put out 32 signs in total.
