Description

Water is being discharged from a basement sump pump onto the street, with the recent cold weather it is creating a major ice hazard on Lincoln Ave. So far the codes dept hasn't done a thing about this. The ice has been there for several weeks now and is a major hazard for the neighbors as well as pedestrians on the sidewalk!
I sure hope no one slips and falls due to negligence of the homeowner/landlord!
