This light gives a left turn arrow from Monticello to Casey at the same time it gives a right turn arrow from Casey to Monticello. This is fine until someone on Monticello decides to use the arrow to make a Uturn instead of completing the left turn. There have been many near accidents. This light should be set up for NO UTURNS. Especially with Fresh Market going in, there is going to be an increase in traffic in all directions.
