Description

Heading east on University Parkway trying to turn left, N onto 301, waited 3 light cycles and never got a left turn arrow. Finally a garbage truck driver jumped out of his vehicle, crossed University west lanes to press the pedestrian crossing button which activated the traffic light!!!!

Caused a huge backup of cars and people dangerously trying to merge back out of the turn lane because the light wasn't changing.
