Description

In Shamrock Park along the Intracoastal waterway there is a storm water runoff pipe feeding into the waterway that has an extremely foul discharge odor and actually is clouding the water in the Intracoastal waterway. It's impossible to tell where the origin of the storm drain actually originates but something isn't right about the foul smell and clouding of the water. The pipe is approximately half way between the North and South boundaries of the park.
