This morning at 8:00 am the situation was the same. It was impossible to ride on the protected bike lane.

I find it frustrating when the protected bike lane becomes unusable during winter condition. This is a reoccurring documented issue (see different SeeClickFix on Union Street). I also believe the city creates a bad impression for all traffic users since the investment provides no benefits when its functionality is not maintained. You are forced to ride the bike in the car lane. This is particular bad in this case since the street is designed to provide this protection when needed to most.

Which addresses need a reminder not to plow snow onto travel portion nor on the sidewalk?

The lane is rideable again, thank you for plowing and salting! The trouble spots are still the driveway cuts where either residential plows have dragged snow across the sidewalk and bike lane, and where residences didn't plow at all dragging snow out into the travel lanes. Please send that letter to these addresses to remind them to manage their snow properly. Thanks!
