We will submit your request immediately to Santek Waste Services. If the request volume is large, it may take three to five business days for the bin to be replaced or exchanged. If you are exchanging a bin for a larger or smaller one, please leave your current bin in a place visible to the crew and close to the curb by tomorrow at 7:00 AM. If you wish to find out the status of your request, please contact Santek Waste Services at (205) 631-1313 or WSAL@santekenviro.com. Please notify us by updating or closing this ticket once your issue is resolved. Otherwise, your request will remain open for 5 days to allow for notifications and then closed.
