Good evening I have noticed that when the trash is picked up there are noticeable stains from the garbage truck down our street. Could the truck be leaking hydraulic fluid? Our street looks bad and I thought maybe someone’s cars was leaking oil however it all down the street with big marks where he stops to pick up everyones trash at each house and then strikes down the street leaving each house.
