Description

Animal control was contacted but they were told the dogs were just visiting. NOT TRUE, they all live there and bark and poop up a storm. They only have a very small yard and it's been sectioned off so the dogs only have an even smaller portion of it to walk in. This is not fair to the dogs or the neighbors.
