Could it be for large debris pick up by the city trash collections? I don't know when it is for that area.

Heavy trash is the first Monday of every month on our street, but the pile has been there for weeks.

They only come out to pick up bulk trash during the even numbered months.

What is the status of this request? The tree and trash are still sitting on the corner.

Maybe you could plant flowers around it, no chance the City or MMD will ever clean anything up

Is it still there? I was at Elgin St and Chenevert this am working on tree grates installations and saw COH trucks with crane/truck for large trash collection. Please let me know. Thanks,

The trash is gone but the tree is still there.
