Description

Second time using this format to ask that the "resident parking only" signs be put back up on Poplar Circle next to Winnona Park Elementary. Signs were taken down when there were trailers in the parking lot but now parking lot open and the signs need to be returned. Ironically, two have been placed up further down on Poplar Circle, but this is not where people park. Please replace the signs that were closer to Avery and Poplar along the first three - four residences. Thank you
