The City and County must not be selling the Recycled Material because they claim it is too expensive to continue to collect it. What is wrong here? Other cities make money on their Recycling and show a profit. How expensive is it to send a truck to pick up Material at Two drop-off sites?

District 2 of Pinal County closed the recycling drop-off sites, because they can not afford to pick -up and deliver the recycling material for Apache Jce. and Gold Canyon.
