Constituent requests a study be done of Jay Avenue. They state that, while the speed limit posted is 25, many drivers are going 30-35, especially to get to the daycare on the end of the road. They have stated they have repeatedly witnessed drivers almost hitting pedestrians or pets and states that it is becoming a hazard that needs to be addressed.
