It's not that the street wasn't "adequately" swept, it's that the street *WAS NOT SWEPT AT ALL*. There is no evidence of any street sweeper having come down our street on Tuesday. We have garbage, leaves, branches all over. I don't want to go through another winter with frozen garbage and a two inch thick layer of leaves all over the street.
