Only one trash can was returned, next to the playground. Kids and dog owners use the park all winter (year round). There have been lots of complaints about dog poop, and this could be remedied by placing trash cans at both entrances to the park (driving entrance off Ruggles and walking entrance off Hesseltine) for use. They are easily serviced by Public Works at these locations and need not interfere with any snow removal. This should be done at ALL city parks. The easier you make it to dispose of waste, the more likely it will be done. Thank you!!!
