Description

The Land on Lincoln Bar at 3032 N Lincoln Ave has no recycling container. They use the City Blue recycle carts for bottles, cans, Paper and cardboard - or the recycle material is thrown into the waste dumpster. The Bars dumpster is often overfull and is a feeding source for rats that are infesting the property - esp. in the north gangway - the gangway has multiple active rat burrows.
