This man stands over a bicycle and wears a construction vest in pitch black darkness.

I was driving one day and he made sexual motions as I drove past him. Also he flashes a handhold strobe light at you when you pass.

He is out there every week around 11:30 pm and i looked up Sexual predators on megans law site and he is there.

I called the cops on him one time and they know about this guy.

There`s a lot of kids around this area and people who jog /walk around this park. Inform your family & children of this weirdo perv....
