Description

Left turn green light on RT 9 South and right turn green light on Spring Road appear at the same time. Issue is that there are cars on RT 9 South that make U-turns.

It's an accident waiting to happen, if a car on RT 9 South makes a U-turn at the same time as a car makes a right hand turn from Spring road. A no U-turn sign needs to be put up.
