Here's another code page that I recomend you read, the PROHIBITED USES within the Offsteet Parking Lot and a Required Buffer area/ (pg.61) Min. Yard Req.
This recent photo is from the reported to SEECLICKFIX industrial Light Warehouse property. With (4) of the applicable ILW codes provided by the Sarasota Cnty. Zoning Administrator applied to the perimeter.
Also attached is (1) addit. code pg. titled: Applicability, sec. 7.1.6.. for the OFFSTREET PARKING LOT and any/all REQUIRED BUFFER AREAS.
According to each of these (4) mandatory codes language, code violations are occurring and they've been occurring for far to long.

Have someone read aloud what you've posted, back too you. Then, I recommend that you read and apply the County's ILW " mandatory codes language ", when abutting residential property(s). That's now being enforced as written. These mandatory zoning regulations have been established to protect both inside and outside of the ILW subject property.
