A. My assumption is that Santek is completing my previous request, however, I’m placing a new ticket for tracking as the other was already closed without completion. Our garbage can was collected on Friday and a replacement has not been delivered. Previous request was a request for a replacement due to residual odor of can.

Thank you for submitting your request to My Hoover Connect. The City of Hoover contracts with Santek Waste Services for garbage and recycling collection. We will submit your request immediately to Santek Waste Services. If the request volume is large, it may take three to five business days for the bin to be delivered and/or repaired. You will need to leave your broken bin in a place visible to the crew and close to the curb by tomorrow at 7:00 AM. If you wish to find out the status of your request, please contact Santek Waste Services at (205) 631-1313 or WSAL@santekenviro.com.
Please notify us by updating or closing this ticket once your issue is resolved. Otherwise, your request will remain open for 3 days to allow for notifications and then closed.
